Set in Petula, Georgia, four ladies are trying to set their plans for a Sassy Seniors Cruise
in motion. However, they are constantly interrupted by a retired Elvis impersonator, a sinister
nurse, and the weekly Bingo game.

“Comedy. That’s pretty much all there is to say about this newly released play,” Jamie
Ulmer, Community Players managing artistic director, said. “This is just a fun popcorn-
munching night at the theatre.”

Playing as a former burlesque star, Beatrice Shelton, is Teri Vidlak. Janette Drohman
appears as Eaddy Mae Clayton, a former nurse and religious lady. Imogene Fletcher is the
newest resident and is played by Lynette Boyce. Julie Schleufer is Maude Jenkins, a funeral and
soap opera obsessive. Merle Jobman plays Sam Smith, a retired Elvis impersonator and
Casanova. Michaela Garland is the rude and pushy nurse, Pat Jones. Ruby Sue Bennett is a
quiet, romance-novel-loving nurse, played by Grace Woebbecke.

Ticket prices for “Four Old Broads” are $19 for adults and $13 for children and students.
